Using Our Services
By submitting cases or using the services of Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab, providers agree to supply accurate and complete information on all prescriptions, forms, and case submissions.
Our team is committed to producing precise, high-quality orthodontic appliances. However, services, products, and policies may be updated periodically to reflect improvements, operational changes, or evolving industry standards.
Product images and descriptions on this website are provided as general references. Because each appliance is custom fabricated, final appliances may vary slightly based on individual case specifications.
Ordering & Case Submission
All orders and prescriptions must be submitted using Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab’s approved forms or submission methods.
Providers are responsible for verifying all patient information, appliance specifications, and prescription details prior to submission. Incomplete forms, unclear prescriptions, or missing case information may delay production.
Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab fabricates appliances based on the impressions, scans, and prescriptions provided. The accuracy of the final appliance depends on the quality and completeness of the materials submitted.
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a general guideline and may vary depending on case complexity, lab volume, or material availability.
Shipping & Delivery
Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab offers local delivery and shipping options for the convenience of our providers.
Once a case leaves the lab, delivery times are subject to the schedules and conditions of the shipping carrier. Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab is not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages caused by third-party shipping services.
If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, our team will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Providers are responsible for confirming correct shipping addresses and delivery instructions when submitting cases.
Payment & Billing
Payment terms are established at the time of account setup or order placement.
Invoices are due according to the agreed payment terms. Accounts with late or past-due balances may be subject to finance charges and may have future cases temporarily placed on hold until the balance is resolved.
Any billing discrepancies should be reported before the end of the billing month in which the invoice was issued so they can be reviewed and corrected in a timely manner.
Remakes, Liability & Warranty
Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of every appliance we produce.
Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab reserves the right to determine whether a remake qualifies as a fabrication defect after inspection of the returned appliance.
If a remake is requested due to a suspected fabrication defect, the appliance must be returned to the lab for evaluation. Once the product has been received and reviewed, Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab will remake the appliance at no additional charge if the defect is confirmed.
All remake requests must be reported within 60 days of delivery.
Remakes resulting from prescription changes, inaccurate impressions or scans, patient damage, appliance loss, or modifications made after delivery may be subject to additional fees.
Providers are responsible for proper appliance placement, adjustment, and clinical use. Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab is not responsible for outcomes related to improper installation, patient misuse, or alterations made outside the lab.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our appliances.

Providers may contact Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab by phone or text using the contact information listed on our website.
Text messaging may be used for quick questions, order updates, or general communication. All official case submissions and prescriptions must be completed through approved lab forms or submission channels.
Messages received outside of business hours will be returned the next business day.
For faster assistance, providers should include their office name and relevant case information when contacting the lab. Do not include full patient identifying information when sending text messages.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
Privacy & Information Handling
Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab respects the privacy of providers and their patients. Information submitted to the lab is used only for processing cases, communicating order updates, and improving our services.
Communication records, including text messages or emails, may be retained for documentation and service verification purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Jimmy’s Orthodontic Lab operates. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable local regulations.
